The ICNA headquarters in Queens, New York was purchased in 1984 and became the center of Islamic work in North America. Now, 26 years later, construction has begun to expand the headquarters to better serve the developing needs of the organization.
The improved headquarters will be located on the top floor of the building, with the bookstore remaining on the first floor. A banquet hall will be available for the community on the second and third floors. The total cost of the extensive renovation is $1.2 million and is expected to be completed within one year.
“With the help of the community and their prayers, we will see the headquarters that ICNA has needed for a long time.”
