The moon was not sighted on Ramadan 29/October 11. According to North American Moonsighting the first day of Shawwal and Eid-ul-Fitr is Saturday October 13, 2007. However, for the sake of unity, we suggest that Muslims cooperate and follow their local Masajid and communities, whether they follow our approach or not.
