FOX News: Mosque Debate Guests On Good Day New York – ICNA

Azeem Khan, from the Islamic Circle of North American and lt. Jim CcCaffrey of the FDNY appeared on Good Day New York on Thursday to debate the planned Islamic mosque and cultural center in Lower Manhattan.

 


McCaffrey is against the mosque. Khan supports the mosque.

 

Later in the morning Dana Rubenstein from the New York Observer, Tim Brown 9/11 family advocate against the mosque and Azeem Khan debated the issue.sm-logos

    I was not scared, and didn’t break a sweat. But you are right about ICNA needing to find communications experts (and not volunteers) to do the job. Please forward resumes of any individuals with communications degrees and relevant Television & radio experience.

    When will Muslim organisations wake up to the fact they need media savvy people to speak on their behalf.. Azeem Khan looked scared to death. His delivery was horrible. You just don’t get it. Get people who can speak to the media. This is so frustrating.
